Planned around the rules that apply in Victoria

Victorian public sector work comes with its own privacy, security, records and AI rules. We plan for them from the first conversation.

Privacy

The Information Privacy Principles in the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 cover the personal information your site collects. IPP 9 covers transfers outside Victoria, so we set out where data is stored and processed before the build starts.

Protective data security

The Victorian Protective Data Security Standards set 12 standards that reach contracted service providers. We complete security questionnaires and share the evidence behind our controls with assessors.

Accessibility

We test to WCAG 2.2 AA and build fixes into shared components, so every new page inherits them.

Records

Public Record Office Victoria expects full and accurate records of AI use. In the AI features we build, every retrieval is logged against the requesting user and the audit trail is a deliverable.

AI assurance

Victorian buyers complete the VPS AI Assurance Framework before they approve an AI use. We design to it from the start, and our supplier guide sets out what it asks for.

Yes. We support the website of the Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing, which the Victorian Government established, and we upgraded it from Magnolia 6.2 to 6.4 with no downtime. We are also building its Knowledge Sharing Platform on Progress Agentic RAG.

Yes. We run Magnolia 6.4 upgrades as a fixed-price blue/green cutover. The new environment is built and tested beside the live site, traffic switches in one move, and the old environment stays available for rollback until it is retired.

Yes. We build knowledge bases that answer from your own documents, cite the passage they used and respect who can see what. For Victorian organisations we design around the VPS AI Assurance Framework, OVIC privacy guidance and the PROV recordkeeping policy from the start.

We complete security questionnaires, and we share our policies, a summary of our risk register, and access and backup records with clients and assessors on request.
