DXP and CMS that survive contact with your business

Most enterprise CMS programs underdeliver because they were architected against a theoretical content model. We architect against yours: real authoring workflows, real integrations, real failure modes. Magnolia Platinum and Adobe Solutions partnerships behind us, a decade of Australian government and ASX work under us.

01 / Platforms

Platforms we go deep on.

Magnolia

Magnolia DXP (Platinum Partner). Multi-site, multi-brand, headless and hybrid. Our flagship platform: we run it for MM Plastics across two regions, we ship our own product (Migration Accelerator) on top of it, and we contribute to the Magnolia ecosystem directly.

Adobe Experience Manager

Adobe Experience Manager (Solutions Partner). AEM 6.5, AEMaaCS and Edge Delivery Services. We have implemented EDS, Adobe's latest delivery architecture, and wrote an independent implementation guide on it. We deliver and support AEM for government and regulated industries, including the National Cancer Screening Register and Bank of New York Mellon.

SitecoreDrupalWordPressContentful

Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, Contentful. We also build, upgrade and rescue estates on the platform you already run. Recommendations come from fit and five-year cost, not partner margin: if staying where you are is the right call, that's the advice you get.

And if the right answer is a different platform than the one you came in considering, we will say so before the proposal lands.

02 / Engagement

What an engagement looks like.

Architecture grounded in your content

Information architecture, content modelling, and authoring workflows shaped by interviews with the people who actually publish on your site, not a generic taxonomy.

Migration without the content freeze

Migration Accelerator (our own AI tool) handles the routine 80% of content migration. Humans focus on edge cases, brand voice, and editorial judgement.

Reusable component library

A component library your authors can actually use without developer intervention. Brand variants and market variants supported by configuration, not code.

Accessibility and performance built in

WCAG 2.1 AA from the start, not a remediation phase. Core Web Vitals tracked through delivery and protected after launch.

Your team can run it after we leave

Documentation, training, and pairing during delivery. Optional managed services if you want us to stay; never a lock-in by design.

A delivery cadence you can plan around

Weekly demos, fortnightly releases, no PowerPoint progress reports. The same engineers who pitch are the ones who build.

03 / Why us

Why us.

We are senior practitioners doing the work. No layered account teams, no pre-sales bait-and-switch. The people who scope the project are the people who deliver it.

Because we build our own AI tooling on top of these platforms (Migration Accelerator, AgentDesk), our consulting is grounded in production engineering, not decks. We know which patterns hold up under load and which look good in a pitch.

Australian government and enterprise organisations including the National Cancer Screening Register, the Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing, MM Plastics, and Bank of New York Mellon trust us with their platforms.
