Melbourne digital agency. We migrate enterprises to modern, AI-ready content platforms.

Short description (50 words)

Noice is a Melbourne-based digital agency and Magnolia Platinum Partner. We help large organisations move off legacy CMS and DXP stacks onto modern, AI-ready platforms. Clients include Telstra Health, the Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing, and Transport Certification Australia. We build, migrate, and operate.

Medium description (150 words)

Noice is a Melbourne-based digital agency specialising in enterprise content management, digital experience platforms (DXP), and AI-assisted content operations. As a Magnolia Platinum Partner, we sit in a small group of agencies globally accredited to deliver complex Magnolia implementations. Our work spans government, healthcare, transport, and mental health, including Telstra Health, the Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing, and Transport Certification Australia.

We do three things well. First, we migrate large, messy CMS estates onto modern platforms using our in-house tool, Migration Accelerator, which uses AI to map and rebuild content at scale. Second, we design and ship accessible, performant marketing and product experiences (WCAG 2.1 AA, Core Web Vitals). Third, we help internal teams adopt AI for content operations, governance, and search.

Long description (250 words)

Noice is a Melbourne-based digital agency working with enterprises across Australia and New Zealand on content management, digital experience platforms (DXP), and applied AI. We are a Magnolia Platinum Partner, the top accreditation tier, which puts us in a small group of agencies globally licensed to deliver complex Magnolia implementations end to end.

We specialise in three areas. CMS and DXP delivery: implementations, replatforming, and large-scale content migrations using our own tool, Migration Accelerator, which uses AI to discover, map, and rebuild content estates at scale. AI consulting: helping content, marketing, and operations teams adopt AI for content production, governance, search, and internal knowledge work. Accessibility and performance: WCAG 2.1 AA-compliant builds and high Core Web Vitals scores on production sites.

Recent clients include Telstra Health (national health technology), the Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing (state mental health reform), and Transport Certification Australia (national transport regulator). We also build internal tools: Migration Accelerator for CMS replatforming, AgentDesk for AI-assisted agency operations, and a suite of Easy apps that extend Magnolia for everyday editors.

We work best with organisations that have real content, real users, and real compliance constraints, where the wrong CMS choice costs years. Talk to Jake Tracey at [email protected].
