We’re supporting Victoria’s mental health transformation

January 13, 2026Rihana RiesBy Rihana Ries2 min read

We’re pleased to announce that Noice has been appointed by the Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing (VCCMHW) to provide ongoing digital experience platform services.

This partnership represents an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in Victoria’s mental health sector, an area where thoughtful digital solutions can make a genuine difference to both the workforce and the communities they serve.

About the Collaborative Centre

VCCMHW was established by the Victorian Government to lead genuine and lasting transformation across the mental health and wellbeing system. The Centre takes a unique approach by connecting three key elements: lived and living experience leadership, innovative service delivery and cutting-edge translational research.

Their work spans workforce development, a Knowledge Sharing Platform for the sector and research projects that bridge the gap between evidence and practice. VCCMHW understands that systemic change requires bringing together diverse perspectives and expertise.

What we’re delivering

Our engagement covers several interconnected areas.

On the technical side, we’re providing cloud services, maintenance and support for the existing Magnolia-based digital experience platform. This includes frontend support for content and design, backend development and infrastructure work, in addition to playing a part in the platform’s evolution.

Part of that evolution includes improvements to the AI capability that supports the Knowledge Sharing Platform, which we believe can further enhance how mental health professionals access and engage with resources.

AI delivery is an area we’ve been building capability in for some time. Our own product, Migration Accelerator, uses AI-powered content mapping to automate CMS migrations to Magnolia. The platform applies machine learning to analyse source content structures and intelligently map them to target schemas; a process that traditionally required significant manual effort. That experience gives us practical insight into integrating AI in ways that genuinely reduce complexity rather than adding to it.

For VCCMHW, we’ll be applying similar thinking: identifying where AI can meaningfully improve how people interact with the platform, while keeping the technology grounded in real user needs.

Importantly, the engagement includes training for VCCMHW staff. Building internal capability is a core part of sustainable digital transformation, and we’ll be working closely with the team to ensure they can manage day-to-day content operations independently.

Why this matters to us

At Noice, we’ve always believed that the best digital work happens when technology serves a clear purpose. Mental health reform in Victoria is one of the most significant public sector initiatives of recent years, and VCCMHW sits at the centre of that effort.

The opportunity to support an organisation that prioritises lived experience and evidence-based practice aligns with how we approach our own work. We’re looking forward to building a long-term relationship with the VCCMHW team and contributing to their mission.
